The "Organizers" of Alf and Alf Events assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to articles or persons whether arising in contract, negligence, equity or otherwise. All participants in Alf and Alf Events are considered invited guests (licensees). Participation in Alf and Alf Events is considered "at your own risk". All participants must use due care under the circumstances to comply with all rules, regulations, statutes and laws of the State of California.

You must be invited to attend Alf and Alf Events. If you are on Alf and Alf e-mail list directly (your designated email address and truthful name, is on the list of email addresses maintained by Alf and his designees) and have received the email notice of the Event from Alf or his designees directly (and not forwarded from someone other than Alf or his designees) then you have been invited to any given Alf and Alf Event. Having a Alf and Alf Event email forwarded to you by someone other than Alf or his designees, or viewing a Alf and Alf Event description on the Alf and Alf website does not constitute an invitation to a Alf and Alf Event. ...
